Empowering Hawaii’s
Future Civic Leaders

Partners for Democracy is a non-partisan civic leadership development program designed for emerging leaders who have a passion for political advocacy and a desire to bring about change in Hawaii. This program teaches how to develop and execute successful political and public policy advocacy campaigns for those interested in running for elected office or advocating for economic, community, and social issues.

To apply for the 2026 Partners for Democracy Program, please complete the application form below. Applicants will need to include a resume, a headshot, and a short essay detailing their vision for a better Hawai’i (No more than 1,000 words).
